By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to pay a non-refundable installation fee of R250. This fee becomes refundable only if you encounter issues during your first month of using our services, and you are not happy with the service performance.

All the equipment installed at the Customer property will remain a property of TNS Wifi. Upon termination of this service by either party, Customer agrees to allow TNS Wifi employees access to the property to collect the equipment installed. It must be in good condition reasonable wear and tear is accepted. The Equipment will be collected withing five (5) days of disconnection date. Should the Customer deny TNS Wifi access to the property to collect the router and any other equipment that was installed onsite.

The Customer will be charged an “Equipment Non-Return fee”, calculated as the depreciated value of all hardware related to this Service multiplied by the remaining tenure of this Service.
